When The Financial Times, the main British financial newspaper, announced that we are now in the Era of Information Technology, with a large capital letters written across the whole page, it has downed on many that we have stepped out of industrial era into a new one. The industrial era is over. Since then, the world has come together even more, via internet, and new markets have appeared.

China and India have come strongly into the global market stage, leaving the forces that have dominated during the past era, uncertain about their future. While it may be difficult to predict what is going to happen in distant future (these are economically turbulent times) it should not be so difficult to predict the near future. Key element in how the internet is going to be developing and who are going to be the leaders is the English language. The reason for this is off course that the English language is the most widely spoken and understood language in the world.

The Chinese, as a nation are not English speaking, such as Swedish and Dutch for example. So their side of the market is more likely to be, the computer hardware. And they already are undisputed leaders in the field of the micro-electronics.

The Indian and Pakistani population however does speak English, being former English colonies. We may see more of the web development companies emerging from India and Pakistan.

Right now, internet is mostly run by the Americans and the British. When I say run, I mean that the internet infrastructure largely is in the hands of the Americans. All of the 9 (I believe) world’s super servers that form the so called Internet Backbone are in The United States (hence they literally run the internet). While most of web sites are done by Americans and the British as well

While the lever of power is slowly but surely shifting from the west to the east, the west European countries are looking towards eastern Europe for resource of affordable workforce to make it more competitive for the times that lie ahead.

Nivo Design is a web agency that can provide a good and reliable web development service for a fraction of a cost that you would expect to pay in the U.K. You can see our prices at our Niche Marketing page.

One reason for anyone to hire an offshore web design agency is to save money. Overheads of an agency working in Bosnia and Herzegovina are a fraction of one in the U.K. This means the prices charged are less too.

Having a website is arguably the most effective marketing tool you can have as any company, especially if utilized correctly. A successful online presence demands having a website where visitors can learn, easily identify and clearly understand how you can help them, get the product or services that they want.

But how can you be assured that you will receive the quality of work that your company’s image may depend upon? What if you spend time effort only to be stuck with a useless web site.

But there are no guaranties that if you spend loads of money on a website that it will be money well spent. Higher prices do not guaranty better quality in today’s global economy. In a world that is coming more and more closer together, there has never been a better time to look further afield to find a better bargain.

In hiring Nivo Design, you know what the services cost upfront. And to start the process of getting a website that will suit your needs will cost nothing at all. After receiving a request for a quote, we will come up with a proposal for your website. This may be a Photoshop design of how the website might look like. Only if you are completely happy with our work, we will carry on, and than off course charge you for it. There are no hidden charges, and once the price is agreed we will complete everything and charge you only for the work presented to you.

With social bookmarking websites such as tweeter and facebook has RSS became old school?First let me start by saying what RSS is. From a web developer’s point of view RSS is an XML file that is placed in a directory on a website that is offering that service. And that is all it is, and .xml file, full stop.

I have been searching the internet for ages and did not find a very concise answer to that question. You can find software on the market that will help you create the XML file for your RSS service, such as FeedForAll ( a very suitable name).

Now to come back to the topic, has it become old school? Tweeter will offer you preaty much the same thing, except that most of people write lots of nonsense as well on their “tweets”. But if you decided to use tweeter just to post links to your blog page for each new article , than it can serve as RSS. And it will be found by other directories that compile blogs and other articles.

But RSS feed does give a bit of a professional touch to a blog page and it also helps other websites to find your blog pages. So the answer is in my opinion, not yet an old school, but not the only way to provide a feed from your website.

Most people create websites with the purpose of earning them money. Some organizations off course are working for nonprofit, an so they create such websites.

But for the most of us that have to pay our bills, the main reason for building a website is to make money. Whether we are trying to promote our company’s services or make online sales, we are all after the money. Well, it is a material world that we are living in.

One such nice way of earning an income, is creating interesting material that people will want to read. This is also a lucrative business for a lots of people.

Simply create something interesting that lots of people will want to read, and better still, come over and over again to your website. If you can create such content you can use Google ad sense program to earn you money. By placing Google ads on your page, you get a commission on any click made from your website that takes visitor to the advertised website.

Trick here off course is to blend the ads with the original content that you provide. So that visitor to your site does not think:” this is some advertisement, better stay clear”, but rather to temp them to click through.

There should be nothing wrong with not making it too obvious that the link is an ad, at the end of the day. It is a visitor’s choice to stay at your website, or to follow the link. Another way to make money is to join an affiliate program. In that way you will be making money on completed sales. In a case that the customer has arrived by clicking on the link on your website, you get paid.

Nivo Design can create blog website that you can use to earn money.

Creating a Word Press Blog or a custom made blog page coding from scratch, we can help you to get on the track of earning money on the internet. All you will need off course is to put some work into creating content that people will want to come and read, preferably over and over again. We can also provide you with registering and placing your website on the net.

You can find more information on the cost of hosting and registering your website with us at our niche marketing ideas and services page.
